In our application process, we place great importance on getting to know both your qualifications and your personality. Through several steps, we ensure that you will be a perfect fit for our team and that we can achieve success together.

Work from almost anywhere
We embrace work from almost anywhere: home office, agency, and sometimes even abroad – for example, from the JvM offices in Hamburg, Berlin, or Beijing.
Education first
Individual trainings, bootcamps, power weeks, JvM’s own Summer Academy, and external speakers make us all smarter. Current topics include: Sustainable UX, Leading Effective Teams, Data Protection, and ongoing subjects such as Sustainability, Diversity, and AI.
Legendary events & offsites
Events like ski weekends, summer parties, or team excursions make the year sweeter for the entire JvM group. On top of that, there are after-work drinks, ping pong battles, or barbecues at Hallwylplatz. We also host a team offsite twice a year.
Lots of Food & Drinks
Fruit baskets from Öpfelchasper, Felfel, and a Gelateria di Berna fridge, plus all you can drink: coffee, tea, soft drinks like mate, Ka-Ex, as well as JvM’s own beer and prosecco. PS: We are the first vegetarian agency group and are proud of it #sustainability.
In district 4 in Zurich
Morrow is located at Weberstrasse 7, right by Hallwylplatz. In the beautiful District 4, there are plenty of delicious and healthy lunch options, as well as cool stores and bars.
The JvM spirit
This is what our daily routine looks like: dailies, monthly retrospectives, walk & talks, regular team lunches and breakfasts, the JvM onboarding and mentorship program, as well as plenty of exchange and collaboration with 142 colleagues in Switzerland and over 1,200 Trojans worldwide across 38 agencies in 10 countries.
