Initial Situation
Despite having a world-class genetics and medical team, Arcensus faced gaps in marketing and digital product development. Our primary tasks were to develop a product team and a medical portal for customers and physicians, as well as to establish an international marketing and sales strategy, including brand development and a partner network, to make “Whole-Genome Sequencing” easily and affordably accessible to everyone.
Approach
From the outset, we focused on “Whole-Genome Sequencing” as a startup, which provided us with a clear advantage and efficiency gains. To optimize market entry, we supported our distribution partners with tailored materials and online courses. After establishing the product and marketing departments, we focused on due diligence, achieving a high double-digit million valuation within 24 months.
