Initial Situation

Launch of an innovative financial platform

RootBridge Capital AG planned to introduce an innovative financial platform “RootBridge Connect” to complement its existing business model. Despite having already developed the strategic foundations and a new design language, the company lacked the necessary internal resources for a successful market launch and sustainable establishment of the platform. An entrepreneurial partner was sought to provide comprehensive support for the strategic market launch and positioning of the product.

Our approach began with a thorough analysis of the initial situation, target audiences, their needs, and the customer journey. We developed a clear value proposition with corresponding USPs and proof points. Building on this, we defined a tactical go-to-market strategy, including channel mix, media planning, and production schedule. Through the creative execution of defined content, the technical setup of campaigns, and continuous optimization along the customer journey, we created a strong foundation for product-market fit. Additionally, we assumed the roles of Head of Marketing and Business Development to ensure a seamless transition to operational business.
