Initial Situation

Jung von Matt (JvM) aimed to position itself as a leading provider in the emerging Web3 space. To achieve this, the entire team needed to be prepared and trained on the new technologies and concepts of Web3, the Metaverse, and NFTs. The goal was to build internal expertise and develop an attractive external service offering that provides added value to clients.

Approach

JvM into the Metaverse

We kicked off the project with an internal “Learning Week,” during which we trained all JvM employees on Web3. Workshops and training sessions were held throughout the week on topics such as NFTs, the Metaverse, and digital wallets. An internal NFT collection was created to demonstrate the practical application of the technology.

 

Next, we developed a dedicated Metaverse space for JvM, which served as an interactive platform for both internal and external purposes. This virtual environment allowed employees to navigate a new digital space, interact, and exchange creative ideas.

 

Based on the insights and experiences gathered, an external service offering was developed. This included tailored Web3 strategies, NFT project implementation, and leveraging the Metaverse for marketing and community building. We supported the rollout through operational management, conducted webinars and events, and provided product management assistance.
