Initial Situation

Lack of a problem-solution-fit

At the start of the project, we analyzed the existing environment, business model, and problem-solution-fit of the ofleX platform. Our thorough investigation revealed that the services offered and the original business model would not achieve the desired success. To address these challenges, we conducted a comprehensive market and competitive analysis. We found that the generalist approach as an office service provider was not sustainable for the future. A shift in focus and rebranding was necessary, leading to the decision to establish ofleX as a specialized catering platform under the name caterQ.

Approach

Repositioning strategy

Working closely with the ofleX team, we developed a comprehensive repositioning strategy. The first step was a rebranding that redefined the identity and perception of the brand. This was followed by a complete redesign of the platform using the latest UI/UX principles to maximize usability and appeal. We created a new, target group-oriented landing page to effectively engage potential customers. Target audiences were redefined and copywriting was adjusted to clearly communicate the new value proposition. Finally, we ensured the technical implementation by equipping the platform with the latest web technologies and an optimized architecture for a smooth and efficient user experience.
