Initial Situation
In order to achieve greater efficiency and agility within the company, we were commissioned to support our client in developing a digitalization strategy. The aim was to ensure the future viability of the business model, market presence and internal processes.
Approach
First, an analysis was conducted to assess the client’s current status, processes, structures, and teams. Criteria were defined that could be applied across all teams and hierarchical levels. Based on this, ambitions were set for each category, and the digitalization potential, along with specific actions to achieve those ambitions, was identified. Finally, the actions were prioritized and organized into an implementation roadmap. Through this strategy, each team received tailored support and goals, allowing the company’s digital transformation to advance and reach a new standard.
