Initial Situation
A Swiss bank and a Swiss media company wanted to establish a joint venture in the real estate sector. The challenge was to develop and validate an innovative and viable business idea that meets market demands and generates sustainable revenue streams.
Approach
In the ideation phase, our “Product-Market Fit” approach was applied. Multi-day ideation sprints were conducted with both parties, utilizing methods such as the Value Proposition Canvas and the Kano model to define revenue streams. Initial hallway tests were conducted to validate the idea. A pitch deck, including first mockups, was then created to compellingly present the results and potential of the joint venture.
