Initial Situation
Sensum commissioned us to develop and launch a new Swiss-made Bluetooth speaker. The challenge was to create a unique market positioning, a compelling value proposition, and a strong brand identity, as well as to oversee the entire process from company founding to product development and market launch.
Approach
In the first phase, the project’s vision and mission were developed, the product value proposition was defined, and target audience profiles were created. Next, the naming was finalized, brand research conducted, and the company founded. The second phase involved defining brand positioning, developing the brand, designing packaging, organizing the photoshoot, and building the website with a webshop and analytics. In the third phase, the go-to-market strategy was implemented, social media channels were established, promotional materials were created, and a successful launch event was held to introduce the new luxury segment Bluetooth speaker to the market.
