Initial Situation
Mobiliar aimed to position itself as an innovative pioneer in the Metaverse. The goal was to showcase both existing brand initiatives, such as the 25 years of damage sketches, and new concepts within the Metaverse. This required an in-depth analysis of current technology and market trends, as well as the development of creative and authentic ideas that could be implemented effectively and successfully in the metaverse.
Approach
We started with an initial workshop to understand the starting situation and discuss existing ideas. This was followed by a presentation on current technologies and best practices in the Metaverse. During the prototyping process, we created three prototypes based on ideation within the Metaverse. In a second workshop, we worked in groups to generate authentic and promising ideas, jointly prioritizing the best approaches. We then aligned these ideas with the marketing department to ensure harmony with the current marketing strategy. Two top ideas were selected: an anniversary exhibition of damage sketches in the Metaverse and immersive relaxation spaces themed around mindfulness and resilience. These ideas were further developed and integrated into the overall project.
